The
Rugby & Touch-Rugby sections welcome players of all standards and draws
members from a wide social mix.
Although
members can play to high competitive standards, emphasis is on the enjoyment
of playing Rugby and socialising
amongst
friends.
The Rugby section fields one team that plays regular
friendly games with local Portuguese Teams, visiting Tour Teams and HMS Ship
Crews, throughout the year.
The Touch-Rugby section
which is a part of the Rugby section plays regularly on a weekly basis &
involves players from Rugby & other
sections, as it is a good sport for keeping fit.
Players
of all levels and ages are invited to join the Rugby & Touch-Rugby
sections.
